With millions of data breaches daily, your information needs bank- level security.
Scribo is built with certified approval from HIPAA, SOX, SOC2, Type 2, AES 256 and GDPR. Scribo is created, hosted and maintained in the US.
Scribo software is located on Atlantic.Net's HIPAA-Compliant Cloud Platform. Encrypted files are replicated and stored in separate secure data centers located in the across US for high availability. Atlantic.Net also received TMC’s 2018 Cloud Computing Security Excellence Award.
Using 256-bit AES encryption, both your file and the filename are encrypted while in storage. This adds an additional layer of security as the filename could potentially contain confidential or identifying information.
Scribo uses the latest encryption techniques and algorithms to secure data that include the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with a 256-bit key. This is the same encryption standard used by governments and banks to protect confidential data. The 256- bit key is derived from your secret password (if provided) using a function that adheres to RSA Laboratories' Public Key Cryptography Standards (PKCS). Your password and encryption key are never stored.
Scribo eliminates concerns about who has access or permissions to shared files on a shared drive or cloud storage. Scribo assigns a client ID, project number, and digital receipt with each transfer.
We don’t allow access to Scribo through third-party tools or clients.
